The swimming pool was a great way to relax after a day wandering the city. The location was superb, just a short walk from the village. , the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.
The unfriendly staff spoiled our stay. They didn't seem to care about the guests and were quite short in their responses.

Good spa (does not allow children under 4)
Yes, the food at the restaurant was horrible... though the staff really tried hard to be nice and they were very polite.

Extremely nice hotel with excellent facilities, including free outdoor heated pool very nice indoor fitness room and pool (45 minutes free) with different effects. Breakfast was really nice with a large selection of both healthy and not so healthy stuff. Very nice on-site restaurant was also a pleasant surprise.
The location is a bit so-so.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff were incredibly warm and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel facilities were superb - we particularly enjoyed the indoor pool and gym. The room was clean, modern, and had all the facilities we needed, including a comfortable bed. Additionally, we loved the location of this hotel - it was perfect for us and very well-connected with transportation.
Everything great.

The Hotel was selected as a one night stopover for travel to and from the Costa Blanca using Santander as our car ferry port. The location, surrounding countryside and hotel were very relaxing. The triple room was very comfortable and luxurious and close to the elevator which was an essential requirement due to my wife (who needs a wheelchair) and my daughter's mobility problems. The food was adequate, very health orientated (obviously aimed at making sure it matched the health spa venue) and attentively served.
Upon arrival there was no offer of help for our wheelchair/luggage transfer from reception to our room. There was a porter type of person who looked as if he was available, but when help was requested it was refused, the receptionist pointing to an enormous tall trolley on wheels for me to use. There were two elevators both of which had doors which were mantraps if you weren't quick enough. They only had sensors at calf level and the doors could not be held open manually from the button inside. A disaster! Although we were told that the small town was a spa town there was little indication on your website that it was essentially a spa/health hotel. The food was ok if you like nuts etc and could fathom the Spanish only menu.

Great sized room, perfect for a cozy staycation. Enjoyed the therapeutic pool inside and the outside swimming pool was also a plus. Nearby attraction and easy access to food places was convenient.
Service was a hit or miss, some unfriendly staff made for an unpleasant experience. Limited amenities, the spa was underwhelming and breakfast was quite average.

Breakfast was good. Hotel only a short walk from the town
Dinner was average but there are restaurants a short walk away in the town. If you are going to use the Spa, make sure that you take a bathing hat and flip flops as they are compulsory, otherwise they cost €3 each from the hotel.

Modern, comfortable, clean. The proximity of some fantastic nature.
Earliest breakfast and gym opening times are too late (9:00 am). I would have liked them to open by 8:00 am, especially since there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Even when the outside swimming pool was advertised to be open to guests from 9:00 am, on the second day it didn't open until 10:00 because they were cleaning it! Since I had an early session in the gym and had booked the 'Moor's bath' at 10:00 and breakfast finished at 11:00 and then I was going away, I could only used the pool one day. They should have cleaned the pool either earlier in the morning or the previous evening ... or, at least, inform about it.

Clean, elegant design. Fantastic indoor spa pool. Good restaurant, if a bit empty (early September), and good to try local tasting menu. Apart from the spa there is only one real attraction in the area (the monastery park).
Outdoor pool was a little 1950s in style - out of keeping with the rest of the decor - and the bar person in the evening kept disappearing! There is little to do in the town.

Fantastic indoor spa, outdoor pool very nice too.
The hotel group has obviously spent a considerable amount on this hotel, so why have they scimped on certain facilities! The only bar open during July was a small kiosk by the outside pool (this was frequently unattended), no sign of the cafeteria advertised, if you want coffee after the evening meal you are expected to sit by the outside kiosk. The inside bar doesn't seem to be used anymore. All in all a very poorly managed hotel, such a shame as it would not take a lot to make it the 4 star it claims to be.
